Professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

As a couple with many years of personal experience of being landlords in NZ, we have rented in Perth for 12 years and have had very mixed experiences with the various property managers we have dealt with. Thus far Matthew has been a pleasure to deal with and is the only PM we have encountered in Perth whom we would hire to manage our properties in NZ, if he were based there.
