Sophie James - Six Stars Rating

Sophie was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly to us, she gave us a lot of ideas and recommendations. There were many things that needed to be done to get our home best prepared for renting out, but Sophie made the process so easy and smooth like a walk in the park. She took charge of everything like organising the painting, repair, re-grouting, cleaning throughout, garden and reticulation, including meeting the tradies on site. After each work was completed, Sophie went back to the house a few times to ensure each of the works was done properly. She also went to the extra mile of moving the heavy furniture around (with the help of her family) and minor decorating so that the photographer can get the best photo shoots for our online adverts in order to boost our marketing so that we can get the best rental rate. The end result was that our home was leased in just after 1 home open with 4 visitors showed up. There were some ironing out of details prior to closing the deal, but I can tell that Sophie also had a good friendly rapport with the tenants, so the deal went through very smoothly. We are so happy that we got an excellent rental rate in no time. We are also so happy that we got to know Sophie, as what she provided us with is a next level of service that we have never seen before. Therefore, we strongly recommend Sophie and will definitely go back to her for our next properties. Thank you again Sophie (and team / family), we highly appreciate your effort.
