Not as good as expected and not as good as it could have been for selection of new tenants..

I have no confidence in Michael Tran as a leasing agent, because the progress reports we received appeared were pro-forma with no personal insight into the prospective tenants. I have previously rated Joyce Property as excellent and have been with them for over a decade. If it hadn't been for our extremely good relationship with Adrienne, I would have rated this last experience much poorer. In short, Adrienne saved the day. Michael needs to concentrate on getting personal advice, not "cookie-cutter" advice from pro-formas, into his progress and final reports.
