Outstanding result and flawless service from Jason!

Three years ago, I listed with David from Martin Property, which is the biggest agency in the area. I thought they would drive great results, but it was such a disappointing experience. After initially giving me high expectations, they just wanted to sell my property as soon as possible for $100k less than expected, costing me a fortune in wasted marketing fees. Working with Jason was a completely different story. He is an absolute legend and incredibly meticulous at what he does. Even in a tough market and with a tenant living there, Jason achieved the exact results I expected while maintaining great communication throughout. I didn't have to pay for styling costs, and keeping the tenant meant my rent was covered—essentially saving me $15 grand minimum. He is hands down the best property agent I have ever seen.
