A step above the rest

We worked with JRE when renting a townhouse in Gymea and the whole process was not only seamless but we were also made to feel like valued clients. Kimberley was prompt, attentive, efficient and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable in the process of moving into our new home. Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!
