Local and Knowledgeable

Jay was spot on with his optimistic assessment of my father’s home and of establishing its value. He had excellent local knowledge of what were selling points and of evaluating the worth of our home which was tricky given there weren’t exactly too many comparable properties to match it against. He and his team were easy to communicate with and very personable in their dealings with me.
