Outstanding property managers – fast, honest, and highly recommended

We’ve worked with Lou and his team at Jump Property for a number of years, and they’ve been outstanding from day one. They consistently show integrity, communicate efficiently and are always quick to act. Most recently, they advertised our property on a Friday, opened it on the Monday and had it rented by the end of the week. That turnaround reflects their attention to detail and strong work ethic. They don’t just throw up a listing - they use realistic photos, accurate descriptions and even a virtual walk-through, a level of presentation I usually only see for properties for sale. This gives prospective tenants an honest, transparent view of the property. Lou is also realistic with pricing. He runs thorough reports on comparable properties and provides well-reasoned recommendations, so you know where your property sits in the market. As a result, our properties have always been filled quickly. Over the years, I’ve dealt with many real estate agents as both a tenant and a landlord, and I can honestly say Lou and his team are the best I’ve worked with. They are friendly, realistic, honest and excellent communicators. Their inspection reports are detailed and thorough while still respecting tenant privacy, and their advertising consistently reflects a high professional standard. Nina and Jane are fantastic at following up on maintenance issues and finding fast, practical solutions. Their broader service offering is also a plus - they can even support you through home renovations if needed. On the admin side, everything is streamlined and clear. Each month we receive a straightforward financial breakdown, and the end-of-financial-year statement makes tax time much easier. It’s no surprise to us that Jump Property have recently won industry awards - our experience with Lou and his team absolutely reflects that level of excellence.
