Roger really was excellent. My property would not have been an easy property to sell. It was subject to a tenancy agreement and was listed during a period of economic uncertainty caused by the covid 19 virus pandemic. This caused further difficulties. Within 3 weeks of being listed I had a contract. Well done Roger.
