Just Us Realty aims to identify and promote a fresh and progressive approach to real estate in the Bundaberg Region. Just Us Realty’s philosophy focuses on making decisions in ways to best serve our client’s interests and to build long-lasting relationships between owners, tenants, and the community. The Property Management Division works closely with local contractors to keep the community strong, as well as donating a % of sales commissions to a local charity of the seller’s choice. Our approach is to build a stronger community through helping clients and fulfilling their real estate desires. Just Us Realty is an REIQ accredited agency and therefore is required to abide by the Standards of Business Practices, there by conducting business in a manner that will uphold and enhance the reputation of the real estate profession. The Just Us Realty team is highly motivated and experienced, committed to constant professional development on an ongoing basis so we can perform at the peak of our ability and remain as trusted advisors to the public. Just Us Realty is transparent about our business practices and our philosophy, enabling us to align the values of our community and create experiences where passion and purpose come together. Amazing service and respect

My experience with Just Us Realty has been amazing from the first phone call. A bad experience with my old realtor had left a sour taste in my mouth and feeling like my questions and concerns were ignored but Just Us Realty have made me feel at ease and heard. They have provided me with all the information and experience that you can only get from certain agents. I’m so grateful that I’ve sign up with Just Us.

Great property management department

I'm notified quickly of any issues with our rental properties and really appreciate the ease of dealing with Amy, Sharon and the team. Our rentals are always tenanted quickly with great tenants. Highly recommend them to anyone
