Wow, wow, wow!! We have known Soren for 15 years. His thorough knowedge of the inner east market allowed us to market our property with a mimnimum of fuss and absolute confidence that we would achieve a maximum price. He was spot on with price and exceeded what the market was paying for similiar properties. A building record by a considetable margin. He used targeted marketing with an outstanding return on mimnimum investment. 29 buyers in the first inspection. Excluding persons from within the building. 5 genuine offers wete recieved and each was politely negotiated to their bedt price and conditions. Soren suggested a moderate staging of the property highlighting its significant advantages, this was well worth the investment.
