Responsive, friendly and honest

Jim gave me confidence in my purchase by being realistic, honest and friendly. There’s a real sense he’s experienced and therefore doesn’t need any ‘spin’ to get you on side and feeling at ease through each step in buying. He was very responsive to various requests along the way and was knowledgeable about the area and future developments.
