Karen is the A1 rental agent and selling agent in Longwarry

Karen is very knowledgeable with all aspects of the relestate market in Longwarry I hav had my 2x rental houses with Karen for the last 5 years She does not take any crap from non paying renters and cerial rental defaulters they are delt with very fast and accordingly with fast vcat notices to vacate and house repositions back to the landlord through vcat or direct negotiations with the tenants Mark my words as a landlord with Karen as my rental agent the 2 non paying tenants I hav had in my rental houses with Karen were quickly dealt with without having to go through a slow vcat process Karens vast and long experience with rental managing and her unique approach to negotiate directly with rental tenants face to face has been a blessing for me as a landlord , Karen gets the results that every landlord expects from there rental property manager Rent Increases and keeping the tenants on track and paying there rent etc Also I allowed Karen to sell 1 of my rental houses That She managed for the 5 years of rental with her, It was an old house on a big block Unrenovated etc She still achieved a very good selling price for me with these higher interest rates, and got each buyer through the house for me, She allways let me know wen a buyer was comeing down to look at the house for an inspection a few days before hand, Karen is 1 of a very few and hard to find old fashioned service rental and selling agents allways piks up the phone to answer your calls and is shes very transparent and up front as I am as a landlord and vendor, Can't thank her enough for all her help over the years in renting and selling my investment property, Karen has Very good communication skills with both the renter's and the landlords no stuffing around etc, You won't be disappointed as we all hav been with some other relestate agents , Thanks Jason Landlord She ac Selling and rentals
