Break lease/new tenant in a flash!

Tenant advised the property manager that they would like to break lease. KSR had a new tenant ready to go in a flash. If you have a busy job and don't have time to manage a property I would highly recommend Alison from KSR to manage it for you.

Highly Professional and Helpful

Since being with Kate Storey, it has not only been a seamless and stress free process but Alison has been an outstandingly kind and helpful person. I'm so impressed by her care, communication and professionalism, it really has stood out to me. It has made my move-in and all associated paper work get completed a lot more easily, and this is definately due to Alison's genuine helpful nature and her quick response time to any queries, nothing was a bother. The receptionist at the Sorell office was very nice and helpful, as was the other staff member there at the time who helped me find another form, nice people at reception are a real asset and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend Kate Storey Reality and can see they make sure you're treated very well and any processes are stress free.
