Clancy at Kate Storey began managing my rental property in 2022. The previous tenant had left the house in a terrible state, and I was unable to deal with all the problems myself. Clancy organised absolutely everything that needed fixing (basically gutting everything and renovating). She found all the tradespeople and organised all appointments, keeping me fully informed at every step. She understood my hesitancy about new tenants and worked with me at every step.
