Upon meeting Nikki, straight away both Brendan and myself felt comfortable with sharing our information to sell our property. Nikki has a very relaxed and professional approach to her work which showed continually from the beginning to the end of the sale. We were also at the time having "issues" with our Tenant which Nikki stepped up and went outside here normal selling boundaries and helped me personally with these issues. This of course helped myself and Brendan which were so grateful for, as this was the first time we had had a difficult tenant. Nikki kept us informed of what was happening right through the sale of the property and although I did ring to commend the photographer for the internet, this was a huge selling point,so as many of my friends phoned me and commented on the work of the photographer. I can only say, that through meeting Nikki, both Brendan and myself would highly recommend her to any of our friends to sell deal with and I know that from this I have gained a great friend in Nikki as she can be trusted upon to carry out her normal "work" duties and also advise in other areas.
