Highly recommend Kathmandu Properties - Brisbane!
Niraj G. and Sabina K., both of these highly passionate professionals have been associated with us during our 1 year+ tenancy in a rental property (managed by Kathmandu Properties Brisbane). Both of them are lovely people who genuinely want to help with any property-related issues/queries. Their professionalism, comms, attitude, and management skills are absolutely top-notch. One day, it was Friday and our property lost the electricity. I got a bit panicked knowing that it is a bit hard to get someone to fix this kind of issue on Friday afternoon. Niraj managed to arrange an electrician in a couple of hours and resolved the issue. I know he did his best to manage an electrician. As a customer, Kathmandu Properties - Brisbane, I see Niraj and Sabina as being high-value assets to the team who go above and beyond our expectations to meet the satisfaction standards.
