Retirement Home Sales Challenge

We engaged Kathryn after a protracted delay by the Retirement Home sales group. We chose Kathryn due to her extensive and successful Retirement home sales history. She is a specialist in this area and knows the Norther Beaches offerings very well. She has a great track record of Retirement home sales. The sale of my aged Mother's unit, represented a significant challenge! Kathryn stayed with it through the course of some difficult legal and challenging procedural requirements by the Retirement home and their lawyers. Kathryn was honest and frank and did keep us well up to date on progress and helped us to address each difficulty as it revealed itself. Kathryn is tenacious, ethical and driven for success. I would recommend her for closing sales within the difficult Retirement home sales market-place. Without her, I suspect, we'd still be waiting for a sale of my Mum's unit! Kathryn certainly earned her commission! The unit was sold and Kathryn's handling of all affairs was professional and open.
