Impressively efficient and professional team! Purchase experience was seamless, from the open home to settlement the Katrina Beohm team were beyond helpful exceeding our very high expectations. We highly recommend Katrinas team. With 27 years in our beautiful home town of Alstonville, running our own family business we had not known the Katrina Boehm team. The property Katrina had listed for sale was our very first home purchased 27 years ago when we relocated our little family to Alstonville. It wasn't our intention to actually purchase the property, we were curious about the additional dwelling. My husband and I met Katrina and Gigi at the open home. Katrina and Gigi both spent a generous amount of time with us answering all our questions. We made an offer to secure the property for Supported Independent Living for our adult son with additional needs. Our entire purchase administration process mastered by the exceptionally talented sales administrator Donna Johnston. Donna is more than just a sales administrator, Donna ensured the delivery of an uncomplicated property purchase experience, its a team you can see Katrina is very proud to work with. I would describe the experience of purchasing with KB's team as a "boutique" experience. We've had positive experiences with local real estates during our 27 years in this area and continue to value that network. Donna was present for the handover and pre-resettlement inspection. It was a magical moment for our family to share with Katrinas team. We thank them for their dedication, support and efforts to accommodate our needs.
