Game changer,new kid on the block.
Being a new player on the field,i initially came across Kaye Charles,whilst perusing,ogling,drooling at real estate ads. What stood out from the rest,was that Kaye Charles,particularly Katie.Woods listings,was not only achieving quick sales results,but her personal creative style and flair,to paint a picture by her ad descriptions. This sold me originally on whom i wanted to engage to sell my home,so i had to meet Katie and see if she'd fit my last requirement,and that was someone i could trust and not someone telling me what they may think i wanted to hear and or some sales spiel etc etc. Anyhow all boxes ticked,i also found Katie passionate and knowledgeable with her chosen field,so i engaged Katie and her fake leather pants haha : p and i'm happy to highly recommend Katie and her team,on a personal,honest and professional level. Along with the daily inspections that Katie had arranged,my house sold within a week. And though i had no goal in sight on where i was going to per se,with the initial listing of my home,it was but a means to move forward and to find my feet,change life and to quote Richelle E. Goodrich: “You're not a tree. So move; make something happen.”,hence i did and not only found my feet through the process and the stars aligning but also my new home. A pleasant result all round,not only for myself,but the purchasers also,first home buyers,a lovely young couple realizing a dream,a home to build upon and stamp it as there own,that i know will appreciate the peaceful surroundings,just as i have and will love there new found surroundings for years to come. Thanks again Katie and Kaye Charles,the proof of the pudding is in the eating,i couldn't have asked for a better result,all round. Cheers : )
