Unfortunately for us Michelle had gone for some annual leave at settlement and we were left with Karl Garlick to oversee our settlement, unimpressed is understating the lack of service we got from him ,firstly we were given the wrong key ok easy mistake but when we called the office karl was more interested in going home than making sure we could even get in our new home so we had to go get the keys ourselves then when we finally had the correct keys we couldn’t unlock the door so we call Karl again and what was his response sorry guys I’m going out hmmmm thanks again. So next morning when we inspect our new home we notice the previous owner has left heaps of rubbish and unwanted and useless items behind we call the agent again and what was Karls response....there’s nothing I can do about it. So we had a very positive experience with Michelle Carmen I would be happy to recommend her but overall all I can say is NOT HAPPY JAN!
