I found Louisa to be very obliging.

The first contract with Louisa feel over because of issues with the building and pest inspection reports. I fixed almost all the issues raised in the reports. The house went under contract two more times with another agent, both fell over because the buyers were unable to get bank loans.I did some more work around the house, Louisa came out and did another video. Soon after Louisa introduced another buyer who had previously looked at the property, this buyer promptly signed a contract and it settled it a short time. At all times Louisa very helpful and obliging.
