Agent going above and beyond what was required.

Louisa sold our house at 37 Bancroft School Road, Bancroft, not an easy house to sell, we did love it , it was an old Queenslander, we also spent quiet a bit of money doing renovations, we realised it needed more but as age pensioners we had no more money available. Louisa advised us all the way on all aspects of the sale and got for us the result we needed. What impressed my husband and myself was what happened after the sale and also during the sale,my husband was from Hungary and had trouble proving his correct name and we were very worried, Louisa spent a great amount of her own time liasing with our solicitor, typing what was needed and forwarding all documents to our solicitor, she did not need to do this, she also followed up not only if all was happening as it should with us but also helping our buyer in any way they may have needed her. Louisa was always friendly and most profesional , even when all was done and over she found out we had a problem when the motel we had booked to get to our new home at the last minute cancelled our booking leaving us and our three large dogs, with no choice then but to sleep in our station wagon somewhere on the road, Not what you want to do at our age, she again got on the phone and tried very hard to get a booking for us nut an easy thing when you have also the need to sleep three very large dogs. All this help was over and above what she needed to do.
