We achieved an amazing outcome with regard to the sale of the property, well beyond any expectations and due entirely to Craig's insight and hard work. His marketing campaign was timed perfectly and attracted a ridiculous number of genuine buyers to the auction. Timing of the auction was again left to Craig and in a year with so many uncertainties, he decided to delay it some months and absolutely nailed it - the market was up, the weather perfect and plenty of prospective buyers competing.
