Moving house can be so stressful, but Steph has been friendly, approachable and easy to deal with from the start. She really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the right home for our family. Her communication was excellent throughout the whole process—she was always quick to respond, kept us updated, and was happy to answer any questions we had.
