Enthusiastic, friendly and committed agent

I didn't really know Melissa prior to our first meeting but one of my brothers recommended her as our agent. We certainly knew Kemps as a vibrant, long standing firm who would have good knowledge of the Port Lincoln real estate scene; this was confirmed. Early meetings included suggestions from Melissa around what we would need to do to the house to maximise returns and we didn't agree with all the suggestions, then found other reps from Kemps had handed on different advice. Once we had sifted through all the advice, collected some quotations, then selected what we thought would work best for us, we started work. Melissa remained by our side, guiding us, offering thoughts about what we were doing and also, assurance we were on the right track. The clearing out, cleaning up, repairing etc took several weeks. Most of this time Melissa left us alone and just checked progress every few days. Once the house was listed, we stepped back and I felt safe with Melissa working on our behalf. The house was under contract quickly, achieving an offer that exceeded our expectations. The conditions of sale necessitates some frustrating delays which Melissa kept communicating to us. I thought Melissa's strengths included her communication, her following up and chasing on our behalf, her organisation and her attention to detail. I would be very happy to work with Melissa again and would recommend her as very diligent, knowledgeable and committed to getting a great outcome for her clients.
