Disappointing

My wife and I purchased our home in Katoomba through Kerrie Roberts Real Estate, settlement was in May 2022. Kerrie was pleasant to deal with, although at a critical time in the building report / inspection process I found her very hard to contact. It was also disappointing that she did not follow up with commitments she had made to us, relating to items that needed to addressed by the vendor.
