Very happy with switch to Kho & Lee services

I made the decision to switch to Kho & Lee after my friend's strong referral & my disappointment with my old agent's services. Kho & Lee's team turned out to be excellent in all aspects! Patricia and Thanh were very informative, professional & welcoming even at our very first meeting. Thanh is responsive & strategically guided me through the transition while I negotiated with old tenant for a new lease term with increased rent. He also actively marketed and shown my apartments on a timely manner and quickly found quality new tenants. My new lease started within 1 week of termination of the old one and at a much increased market rent which is the highest I've ever had for my apartment! Thanh & his team always kept me informed with the latest landlord related development, maintenance issues & are very efficient in arranging for repairs. They are on top of every aspect of managing my property. I am very grateful for their professional services and help with managing my rental property.
