About Olivia

Olivia Knapton is the 1st of the 4th generation of Knapton Property Agents, joining the family business in 2015. Olivia quickly developed her knowledge and understanding of Property Management making her a valued member of our Property Management team and the business as a whole. Olivia is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent and an Auctioneer and has an impressive track record in both leasing and Management of residential Real Estate. To compliment Olivia’s passion for Property Management, Olivia has an infectious bubbly personality and is always found with a smile on her face.

Knapton Property Agents is a long-established and well-respected independent Real Estate Agent located in the heart of the vibrant suburb of Lakemba in Sydney’s Inner South-West (Canterbury/Bankstown area). Founded in 1943 by the late George L. Knapton, seven decades later Knapton & Co. Pty Ltd (trading as Knapton Property Agents) is still 100% owned and operated by the Knapton family. Over the years, second-generation George A. Knapton turned the sole trader operation into a successful organisation that achieved countless records in sales turnover in the Canterbury/Bankstown area. Now at the helm to continue George’s hard work and dedication are his sons, Luke and Lee Knapton. This third generation of Knapton real estate professionals has expanded the business to a point where it now dominates Sydney’s Inner West property scene. They had property inspections and gave me advices, help to chose tenant, communicate with me through email/mobile phone and look after the property account.

Great agency for landlords and tenants

Knapton’s are a fantastic agency. As a landlord they are very thorough ensuring the property is inspected particularly during the tenancy and with tenants leaving ensuring the protection of bond and property. They also ensure regular compliance or fire safety reminders ensuring the safety of tenants but protecting landlords. Through with maintenance requests. Always through and high level of service to ensure the property is rented with prompt communication. Olivia in particular, is a fantastic and dedicated property manager for the business supporting landlords and tenants.

Super easy to talk to and always has a smile!

Knapton property agents have been unreal from the second I contacted them! All they want to do is help which is so great! Our property manager Olivia is honestly the best!
