An Agent Easy to Work With!

My wife and I engaged with Luke to purchase our first property in Sydney, Australia. From the outset we have found him to be supportive and easy to work with. We were able to submit our offer to the vendor late in the process. Luke has also made himself contactable throughout the sale process when we needed to clarify various queries with him or obtain certain documents pertaining to the property. He was also instrumental in allowing us to exchange contracts with the vendor post 1 July 2017 so we could claim the stamp duty exemption that was effective from that date.
