The 3 agents we dealt with were polite and always answered any questions. Although Kore Property don't have good record keeping or cross communication about issues that come up during tenancy. This led to us explaining issues in depth and for the first time to 3 different people which was time consuming and inconvenient. When property agents change or leave they should provide there emails/correspondence so the new manager can see all relevant history.
