•I preferred not to do a review but as I was sent an invitation by the agent to do one I will oblige as requested. Our sale was at the height of Covid in March which was a tough time. Agent suggested sale range after speaking to his connections was $1.05m to $1.15m. On signing we where told to expect an offer with in 24 hours that changed to 48 hours then nothing. After 1 week agent suggested we drop the asking price by $100,000 ! Then got unwritten offers in the $800,000 range! Eventually accepted an offer in the low $900,000. If I was advised at the beginning sale would be under $1 million I probably would not have listed it. I only supply the facts of what happened you can make your own assessment of the agents performance.
