Very easy Agent to do business with.

The process of selling our property has not been an easy one, due to a number of different factors. We had previously had the property advertised with the agency Reece works for. The property was still for sale but we were not actively marketing the property and had not assigned a new agent. Reece approach us advising he had someone interested in the property, if it was still for sale and if we would be open to him showing them through. The tenants in the property were not very accommodating or flexible to say the least, we had issues previously with them and the agency. I can not speak more highly of Reece and his professionalism during the whole process. From the initial contact and introduction, right through to the final steps of negotiation and the completion of sale. Reece kept in touch every step of the way with open and transparent communication. We both work long hours which can be difficult or impossible to juggle appointment times. Reece made the process easy for us, nothing seemed to be any trouble to him, always took and made calls before and after hours if required. I highly recommend Reece to anyone wanting to sell a property. We will use Reece again if the need arises. Thanks you for your dedication.
