Peter was true to his word from the very beginning. I first met Peter when he was the selling agent for my neighbour and everything he said he would do for me when it was my time to sell, he did. Peter was constant with his communication, organized with the lead up to my home going on the market and showed dedication through the opens and with his follow up of potential buyers. Best of all, after just 5 weeks on the market, he delivered on the sell price we'd set and there were no dramas leading to the settlement. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

Peter managed to sell our house & land Development site off the plan (very difficult in this market). Having left another agent who couldn't even present a single offer in over 2 months, Peter managed to get this sold for exactly what we wanted with constant updates throughout the process & in record time. I met Peter after he left a business card in my mother in laws letterbox. He had hand written a message on card as well as normal printing. This intrigued me as to Peter being someone who cared enough to take the time to do this. Upon meeting Peter I found him to be very courteous and polite. He explained how to prepare for selling the property. Also explained the costs involved and what he found to be the best cost effective way to market the property. The property sold in approximately 6 weeks. Everything went so smoothly. We live in Qld so having Peter in Adelaide managing the property to sell was such a relief. Peter kept us in the loop the entire time. I would recommend Peter to anyone looking to sell their property. He will look after you. He even goes the extra mile for you. We hadn’t packed everything at unit ready for sale, or ready for pictures to be taken. Property was tidy, just needed personal items packed up. Peter did all this for us. I would gladly use the services from Peter Krinis again, anytime. Thank you Peter.

Found Peter personable and one of the most honest agents out there. He was extremely easy to deal with, friendly and trusting. His knowledge of the industry is commendable and his patience second to none. He may be an independent agent without the "big names real estates" behind him, however I believe he is better of. In all the time he was my agent, he felt more of a friend. One that I could rely on. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others like Peter was recommended to me.
