She ensures timely communication, provided everything (including links/recommendations) I needed to manage -which is a lot renting a house- and cut costs for me where possible. We had a huge amount of applications and Manpreet went through professionally ensuring applicants were suitable, securing tenants within 2 weeks. She always offered to come to me or help where she could knowing I was juggling moving interstate including for collecting keys and getting them cut.
