- Please note the building is undergoing ** façade improvement works between 2023 and 2026, and balcony access will be unavailable during this time **. The works are external only and generally cause minimal disruption. Noise is typically only noticeable when works are occurring directly near the apartment. ** Under Sydney City Council ** regulations, construction is permitted ** Monday to Friday between approximately 8:00am and 3:00pm, with no weekend or after-hours work allowed **. ** The rent has been reduced accordingly to reflect these temporary works.**

- Please note the indoor pool is currently closed for renovation and is expected to reopen around December. The outdoor pool is still open and lovely to use.
