Review

Overall I found Rob to be straight up with no mucking about as is the case with a lot of other agents. He was very honest, trustworthy and dedicated to the task of marketing our property for sale. He did state from the get-go that we would get a sale after a 5 week marketing campaign with the property set for auction and auction is the best as it will draw the buyer out - this proved to be the case as we had the buyer make an offer 4 days after the auction. Our property is different as it is 11 acres with a lot of infrastructure but the house is an old farm-house built circa 1900 with add-ons so, for some its too much in one regard but not enough in others...It needed a specific buyer and they were found.
