Hi all, Roger was very helpful not just with the sale but other aspects of the whole process and there is many. Roger also made many additional efforts to open the place up for personal inspection / Building inspection / Pest inspection some of these were multiple visits outside the ones we had booked, this is really important. Roger also communicated by phone / email & text really well which made the process quick i think the whole process took no more than 6 weeks and 4 weeks are dictated to us by the bank and legal teams.
