Joseph exceeded our expectations in every way!

We thought our property was a really tough one to sell, having had feedback from a few other agents who suggested that we fix this and that...which was quite depressing for a first meeting. Joseph however was always confident and optimistic from the start, he is honest and open to all our potential buyers about the property's shortcomings and we are forever thankful he made both seller and buyer very happy with the outcome. Awesome experience with Joseph

I had many experiences with Sales agent but it was quite different with Joseph. From my first call from enquiry till settlement he was communicated with regularly. During enquiry sometimes agent don't provide info and rush you to Make decision but with Joseph he provided local knowledge and market update with honesty. There was hiccup with settlement with both solicitor and not ready to settle for $20. So Joseph kindly put from his pocket so settlement can go ahead, yes it may sound small amount but it's not about that but essence of getting things done. He also sent hamper later congrulating on purchase, unheard of. Thanks Joseph.
