I am impressed with new Property Manager, Brodie Walters, who is proactive in keeping me informed, attending promptly to repairs and maintenance and offering constructive timely advice when requested. I appreciate his recent efforts culminating in securing new tenants for my property and was very pleased with his virtual tour of the property for letting purposes. My property has been managed by Laing+Simmons since purchased new in 2013 and I have often been unhappy with the lever of service provided to me as the owner. For example, I was never informed that a previous tenant was refusing to allow regular inspections with the property later being found to have suffered from a leak resulting in extensive damage. The Property Manager at the time also failed to answer queries emailed and I had limited time to keep chasing-up for answers. I did try to find an email address for Paul Abassi on the website but it was not available so I gave up. Hopefully, the current improvement in the level of service will continue for the benefit of my tenants, who deserve to be comfortable in their home, and for myself as landlord.
