My property manager is lovely always willing to help with any enquiry that we’ve had. I’m saying that we have been overcharged rent a few times and when we moved out of the property the new owners complained that something wasn’t clean after living there for 2 weeks and the Agency rung and asked us to clean it. This i felt was unfair
