Terrific service and so far very happy

I ran a small tender process before listing my apartment. I engaged three different agents to provide quotes. Kylie was brilliant, she took the time to come and look at the property, talked about what they would offer and went the extra mile. The price she said she could get for the apartment was $200 more a week than what the other agents suggested. The place was rented in the first open and the rate she said was achieved. I believe this showcased her knowledge of the rental market in my area. In addition, she was incredibly helpful providing details of her trades I could use to renovate before listing. All of which were superb and they did a great job. Whilst I have only just rented the apartment, I have been very impressed with the level of service and wouldn't hesitate recommending her.
