Responsive and Friendly

Leasing real estate agents often get a bad name for being unresponsive or unhelpful - Kylie is none of those things! She is always responsive to emails and phone calls and more importantly she sorts out matters in a timely and efficient manner. She listens to both my goals as a landlord but also the needs of the tenant and manages both parties, making sure everyone is kept informed.
