Proactive and great communication

Bella has worked hard to get the right buyer for my house. It wasn't straightforward as there were insurance repairs from hail damage going on during selling process. She has been great to deal with, prompt in responding to questions, proactive in chasing up answers. The price for the house was at the higher end of what was reasonable and sold quickly, showing knowledge of the local market. Overall Bella helped immensely in making the selling process as stressfree as possible.
