Excellent market knowledge, communication and professionalism

At the start of my selling process, I was genuinely concerned that my townhouse would not sell for a realistic price because Armidale has very few townhouses and two of my three adjoining townhouses have never sold in 10+ years and it took 5+ years to sell the third (though all three have been rented for a good rental throughout those 10+ years). However, the Laing & Simmons team clearly had strong contacts and they were able to generate interest & property viewings from potential buyers from the outset, with repeated inspections from several interested buyers even in the early days of the sale process. It took only 3-4 weeks on market before I received a purchase offer that I was happy to accept. Throughout the sale period, Lachie and his team were in very regular contact to keep me up-to-date on progress and offer helpful suggestions where relevant. I was particularly impressed that the sale effort was genuinely a whole-of-team effort, with everyone kept informed and able to have input through a WhatsApp chat group - that was a great initiative!
