Our experience

My wife and I were leaving an untenable rental situation and came to Laing+Simmons. Lucky enough to have Rebecca assigned to us who was more than helpful through out the entire process from house viewings to lease signing. Without the help of Rebecca, her patience and professionalism we may not have been able to leave our unfortunate circumstances. Rebecca went above and beyond for us, attempting to make contact with our uncooperative land lord for a week and remaining in constant contact through out our entire process. We could not thanks the Laing+Simmons team and Rebecca enough for their commitment in getting us into a new home.
