•My experience with Laing + Simmons Blacktown left much to be desired, particularly in terms of their property knowledge and communication. Regrettably, their understanding of the properties in question was severely lacking. It often felt as though they were unprepared and uninformed, unable to provide adequate information or insights about the properties they were representing. Communication was another significant issue. Despite attempts to reach out and seek clarification on various matters, responses were infrequent and vague, exacerbating the already frustrating situation. Moreover, the professionalism displayed by the team was disappointing. There were instances of unprofessional behavior, and it felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously or addressed promptly. Overall, I found the combination of poor property knowledge and communication to be highly disappointing. It's essential for an agency to possess a thorough understanding of the properties they are dealing with and to communicate effectively with their clients. Unfortunately, Laing + Simmons Blacktown fell short on both fronts.
