Team at Laing and Simmons Blacktown very professional at their job Yolanda Rosa do a fantastic job and making sure that the property is ready for a new tenant checks have been put in place to make sure that rings in working order repairs. What need to be done listed and you as a landlord can make that decision if you want to proceed, as a landlord I put my trust in these people as they’re the one who deal with the Tennent I’ve been with Laing & Simmon Yolanda and have several properties with them and I must admit they make my job so much easier as a landlord.
