Fast communication and approach by the agent. However, some areas needs improvement which includes, - house was very dirty while we came in, backyard so dirty and seems like previous tenants were not taking good care of the property. - we cannot open the garage from outside with the keys which is given to us. We have requested for the key but are yet to receive feedback from you guys. Otherwise good job by Laing + Simmons Blacktown.
