Great Property Manager

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I feel very fortunate that a Sydney property investor who I met at an AGM recommended Michelle Green of Laing and Simmons, Miranda, to manage our new investment property. For the last two years Michelle and her team have been efficiently managing our investment property at Miranda. Because we live in another city, we depended on her to supervise the leasing of our new unit. She is efficient and professional in her management of our property, and at the same time always pleasant and courteous to me, my husband and our tenants. The few issues that arose were dealt with promptly, and communication was exceptional. I even use her for advice and knowledge to help us solve problems that arose in other rental properties which were not managed by her agency. Each time she willingly gave me good advice that assisted us to achieve favourable outcomes. We now have moved two of our other properties to be also managed by Laing and Simmons.
