Smooth and easy experience

Laing + simmons helped me put my first property up for rental. They covered all bases and were a one stop shop for all the information that I needed and set me up with all the coverage I needed. They told me exactly what I needed to do and once the property was handed over they quickly found me a tenant and are managing the property on my behalf and neatly compiling everything into a report for me at the end of the year.
